We carry stocks of tempered and non-tempered glass for immediate delivery and can produce "one-off" specials as required

Sovis Saint-Gobain is probably the world leader in toughened curved glass technology for the display case industry and produces many shapes both highly technical and simple including a system of helical corners for a beautiful display effect

Sovis Saint-Gobain has a very wide range of stock and standard curved toughened glasses of which a large variety are held in stock at Showmaster for immediate delivery

Showmaster itself produces the same range as Sovis in non-tempered versions, as well as many special "one off" bends, which can be cut and drilled to suit a special customer requirement. These bends are normally fitted with a clear safety film [Bomb film] which will hold the glass together in case of breakage. This film is the same as used on flat glass in schools and government buildings to bring the glass up to class B toughened specification

We normally look to deliver in three to five days from stock and at the most in ten days for "one off" specials

Showmaster is the UK distributor for Vieler of Germany, who produce a wide range of lift up and tilt forward extrusions for the display case market

Showmaster manufactures to order, struts and lift up systems using Vieler extrusions and is flexible enough to cope with single display case requirements or large orders

Showmaster manufactures in the UK under license from Vieler many of the patented systems for lifting the glasses such as the 220A system which has the gas spring in the superstructure for easy changing. Also available is the Type 20 & 25 sytems which are the more conventional with the gas spring located in the support strut

There are systems to allow for the glass to tilt forward i.e. Type 55 which is used extensively in the bakery industry were the display cases are often of a narrow design and cannot take lift up glass

Showmaster stocks the Vieler wall mounted bread display system, which is ideal for the ambient display of loaves etc. and is very flexible and adaptable to whatever size or level of display is required

Ultravision Anti-Glare Glass

Showmaster also supply Ultravision, non-glare glass, the ultimate innovation for food display. With ultravision non-glare glass the service display glass becomes the ideal packaging for food products, with virtually no visible barrier between the product and the consumer

Showmaster can manufacture and supply either low or high temperature hinged door systems for full height or half height dual glazed display cases as well as both single and dual glazed sliding doors and frames for high temperature use

Showmaster produces a dual glazed sliding door system for high temperature display cases which can be self-closing if required

We are also a UK distributor for the Cisaplast range of full height and half height hinged glass doors and frames for freezer and chiller display cabinets

These doors and frames can be produced in sizes up to 4000mm long and 2000mm high in both triple and dual glazed doors with heated glass and frames to combat the condensation, which is inevitable on this type of cabinet. The doors are designed to clear very rapidly after opening to maintain at all times a clear view of the product

There is a range of different extrusions for the door frame and they can also be supplied coloured to suit a particular requirement. We can also offer "SLIMLINE" frames and frameless type doors should these be preferred

The Vieler Bistro system is a 35mm diameter versatile aluminium system to hold 6mm toughened glass in either flat or round fingers or in a very clever plastic hinged slot, which allows the same post to be used as a centre or corner post

The system is available in a number of anodised finishes or in fact bright polished

It is perfect for use as reception screens, bar screens, sandwich preperation areas and glass divider screens

It has the facility to hinge the glass through 220° for a sneeze screen or to allow cleaning from the front

There are a number of different style finials for the top of the posts and the counter fitting is not only concealed but will allow for wiring to be fed up the post for shelf lighting if required

Showmaster is the UK distributor for Officine Rami of Italy, one of the major distributors of night blinds, for conserving energy in multideck display cases

We offer both manual and electric blinds in a variety of cloth

The night blinds are a major factor in conserving energy and reducing operation costs on both Dairy and Frozen Food display cases and can be fitted very easily to most makes of display cabinet

As well as manual blinds we supply electric type blinds in a variety of lengths, drops and finishes. The finish is a woven aluminium type cloth in a large number of finishes and thicknesses to suit most requirements

There is a range of slow return blinds which allow the blind to roll up at a measured pace to prevent damage to the case lighting system in the case of staff abuse
